My Mobility Physical Therapy Wellness is a Mobile PT provider and provides in home physical therapy visits. Yes, that means convenience for you and no wondering how you will get to your therapist.
Wellness programs are also offered to help maintain function beyond your initial therapy.
Licensed in New York, Ohio and North Carolina.
WHAT TO EXPECT
*All first-time clients need an evaluation by a Physical Therapist.
*All returning clients with a new diagnosis or exacerbation need s a new evaluation for physical therapy.
*Be ready to provide information about health, medication, diagnosis, current areas of difficulty like walking, primary doctors and specialist name and contact info.
*Be ready to sign necessary paperwork.
*Your movement and abilities or lack thereof will be assessed
*At the end of evaluation, we should have a treatment or wellness plan for future visits.
*Dress comfortably /loose fitting clothing
YOUR PROVIDER
Dr. Tarsha-Ann Graham PT, DPT is a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) , who obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Graham is a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist ( CSRS ) and is LSVT-BIG certified (Parkinson’s treatment) .
She has provided 16 years of care and compassion for her patients. She has worked in various settings including: sub-acute rehab , cardiac rehab and home care. Most of her career was spent in home care providing one-to-one treatment and collaborating with other health care professionals . Dr. Graham has worked on patients with a variety of conditions including generalized weakness , post-limb amputation, total knee, hip and shoulder replacements, as well as various neurological conditions.
"My work experience has led me to believe that a one-to-one approach works best for the patient and myself. Patient needs are well tended to in a more comfortable setting, with diagnosis, outcome, and recovery times different for each patient. Helping someone regain their mobility, adapt to a new way of moving or adapt the environment to suit changes in one’s life and then maintaining is what I enjoy best."
